OUR CURRICULUM
In GK Tuition, we offer our very own Interest Based Learning (IBL) for English, Mathematics and Science Curriculum. Integrating primary curriculum with different interest-based methodology in teaching, we reinforce basic conceptual skills, problem solving skills and heuristic mathematical thinking. Our students will learn the concepts of every topic through different activities and apply the concepts learnt through the continual practice given.
In GK Enrichment, we offer our very own STEAM Education Programme and GK Robotic Education. The STEAM Education Programme is conducted in Sunflower Preschools. This programme aims to introduce children to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Design and Mathematics using a thematic approach. GK Robotic Education is not a typical building and coding curriculum. Our Early Robotic WeDo 2.0 Curriculum integrates creative problem solving in real-world context with robotics. We also link prehistoric animals with robotics in our Dino Park WeDo 2.0 Curriculum.
In the curriculum, we worked with Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences to ensure that the lessons are not only interesting but also able to reinforce learning through constant practice so that the students will be able to recall the concepts easily when doing their examinations.
